Our elementary schools have converted their computer labs into STEAM labs. STEAM is for Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math. Our STEAM lab facilitators participated in sessions to develop creative and challenging ways to better prepare students for those fields.

NLRHS Lady Charging Wildcats Basketball Tryouts 9th Grade: 8/15, 4:00 p.m.-5:15 p.m. 10th-12th Grades: 8/20, 3:45 p.m.-5:00 p.m. Tryouts will be held in Wildcat Arena. Participants must have parental consent and a current physical. Tryouts are closed to the public.

All AP students need to create a College Board account by August 12th to be ready for the first day of school. If you already have an account, please be sure you are able to sign in at myap.collegeboard.org. Call College Board at (888) 225-5427 if you have questions.

Fired up and ready for the new school year! Teachers and staff were inspired at the annual District Convocation by Principal Salome Thomas-EL, respected educator and author, who reminded them all of their influence on each child.
