Cross Country Tryouts Schedule
8/17: 7th Grade Girls
8/18: 7th Grade Boys
8/19: 9th- 12th Grade Girls and Boys
8/20: 8th Grade Girls and Boys
All tryouts will be held at the NLRMS Track beginning at 3:30 pm. Anyone interested in trying out must have a current sports physical and consent forms on file. If needed, forms can be found on the District website. Once completed email them to sartinm@nlrsd.org and brownd@nlrsd.org
You MUST email Coach D. Brown your name, grade, ID# and parent contact information PRIOR to the tryout date.
You must maintain social distancing when possible and wear a mask!

Beginning today, 7th & 8th Grade football practice will be held from 9a-11a at the NLRMS football field. Transportation will not be provided.

NLRMS Volleyball Tryouts will be August 4-7 in the Upper Gym.
7th graders: 10:30a-noon
8th graders: 12:15p-1:45p.
Masks and current physicals are required to attend.

NLRHS Baseball Summer Practice:
Every Monday and Tuesday from 10a until 11a @ the Auxiliary Gym. Tryouts will be first or second week of school. A date will be announced later.
NLRHS Tennis Summer Practice:
Every Tuesday from noon until 1p @ the Lakewood Tennis Courts. Please bring your own racket.

Seventh, eighth, and ninth grade students interested in playing football can join workouts on the following days: 7/16, 7/20, 7/21, 7/23, 7/27, and 7/28.
Workouts take place at 9:30a-11a at Charging Wildcat Stadium. Players must enter under A Tower in the parking garage at 9a for the screening process.
