Congratulations to JJ Thomas for being named āPlayer of the Weekā by Pulaski County Farm Bureau.
Thomas, a senior, had 3 catches for 33 yards and 11 yards rushing. Thomas is the first NLRHS football player in over 10 years to grade out at 100% during a football game. The Charging Wildcats bested the Conway Wampus Cats, 17-7.

7 tackles, 1 forced fumble, 1 fumble recovery, and 1 interception. The Charging Wildcats defeated the LR Central Tigers, 35-21.

Students enrolled in the Medical Professions pathway participated in the Big Catch Community Kids Fishing and Health Fair over the weekend. They checked attendees' blood pressure and did face paintings.

In light of the violent threat made against schools in Arkansas, the North Little Rock School District is taking extra steps to ensure that each of the campuses remains a safe and healthy environment for everyone. Elementary: 7:50 a.m.-2:40 p.m.
High: 8:25 a.m.-3:40 p.m.
Middle school times will remain the same: 8:00 a.m.-3:15 p.m.
Congratulations to the NLRHS Boys' Golf Team! They won the Wampus Cat Invitational at the Conway Country Club over the weekend. The team consists of Clayton Jolly, Liam Hogan, Tyler Parr, Scotty Jolly, Seth Swain, and Jake Phillips (not pictured). Brad Kilbury is their coach.
The Charging Wildcat Band and parents met this evening at the high school. Weāre looking forward to hearing great music from our talented students!

After assessing transportation issues during the first week of school, the district has adjusted school start and end times. The new times will take effect on 9/3.
