Summer school at our campuses will resume on Tuesday at the regular times. Central Office sites will also reopen and will be operate the normal summer hours. Families and employees dealing with extenuating circumstances due to the storm are strongly encouraged to contact their summer building administrator or supervisor.

Due to this evening’s storm and mass power outage across the city, summer classes on our campuses for Monday, June 26 have been canceled. All Central Office sites will be open tomorrow as normal. We will provide additional information at another time.

Dear Class of 2024, You still have time to schedule your senior pictures with Prestige Photography, our official senior photographer. Sessions have been in session and will continue this week in the bottom of C Tower. There will be a make up session at a later date for those who already have summer plans. Seniors must have their photo taken by Prestige to be included in our school’s yearbook. Students are required to wear formal attire that follows dress code--blouses, dresses, suits, etc., for their senior picture. (Think Sunday Best!) A tux and drape will also be provided by Prestige for those who opt for that choice. You may also bring a second look or prop for your casual shots. This month's "Great Rising" recipient is "Busted Knuckles." They are men who have formed a Corvette Club and recently visited Seventh Street Elementary to show off their cars and to begin mentoring our students. They are committed to mentoring other students across the district.
