It’s National FFA Week, and as we prepare for the launch of the North Little Rock 6 Academy of Agricultural and Veterinary Sciences in the fall, we will take a look at some potential careers in agriculture. Career #6: Animal Scientist An animal scientist studies animal biology, behavior, and management to improve livestock and wildlife care. They do this by analyzing factors like nutrition, genetics, health, and reproduction. These scientists work closely with farmers and ranchers to enhance animals’ health and well-being.
