Next week we are launching an Opt Out Fundraiser and a Penny War! The Penny War will be held at lunch each day next week and will allow each student to donate to the cause. Prizes for students with more than $25 in donations and a treat for the grade with most donations!

Students will be taking the MAP (measure of academic progress) test on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (11/5-11/7) of this week. Testing will take place during the first 2 hours of school. Please make sure students are well rested and arrive to school on time. Thank you!

In light of the violent threat made against schools in Arkansas, the North Little Rock School District is taking extra steps to ensure that each campus remains a safe and healthy environment for everyone. We maintain communication with law enforcement, who will have a presence at every campus on Thursday, August 29. The safety of our students and staff is top priority in the North Little Rock School District.
Farm Work Day! August 28th from 3:15-5:30 pm. Wear farm appropriate clothing and close-toed shoes! Be prepared to get dirty. Bring a refillable water bottle, a giving attitude, and a little muscle!! Everyone is welcome!!
Please be mindful of adjusted start and end times for elementary and high schools, beginning next Tuesday (9/3).
Elementary: 7:50 a.m.-2:40 p.m.
High: 8:25 a.m.-3:40 p.m.
Middle school times will remain the same: 8:00 a.m.-3:15 p.m.
After assessing transportation issues during the first week of school, the district has adjusted school start and end times. The new times will take effect on 9/3.
