The NLRSD has extended the registration period for enrollment into the Virtual Academy. The deadline to register is August 3.
We have created a website that is dedicated to providing you with information about the NLRSD Virtual Academy. At the link, you will be able to register for the Virtual Learning Academy and watch a Parent Information Session to learn how the Virtual Academy will work for the 2021-2022 school year.

Any student who has signed up to take Advanced English 9, Advanced English 10, Advanced Art, AP Human Geography, AP Chemistry, or AP Physics must complete Summer Work. These assignments may be found in the students' email, on the NLRHS website, and can be accessed by any current NLRHS teacher.
If a student chooses not to complete Summer Work, they should contact their counselor immediately to be removed from the course.

The NLRMS CHOIR will present a POP AWARDS SHOW next week on Thursday night, May 27, at 6:00 PM in the fine arts building Mini Auditorium. We have some toe-tappin', finger-snappin' songs that are sure to keep you entertained and singing along with us. Also, we have the world premiere of the script entitled "Rumors of the Past" that the 8th graders that I have been fortunate to have for 2 years now wrote about their experience here at the middle school. You won't want to miss this show!!

The North Little Rock School District will be offering free athletic physicals for NLR athletes in grades 7-11 on May 20, 2021.
Physicals for high school students are 8:30 a.m.-11:30 a.m. in the Auxiliary Gym. Physicals for middle school students will take place in the Mini Auditorium and Lobby Area outside of the Auditorium from 12:30 p.m.-3:30 p.m.
Every athlete must have a completed and signed consent form to participate. The consent and health history forms can be picked up from the coaches or nurses and are available at the following link: https://www.nlrsd.org/o/athletics.
