Day 5 of celebrating our teachers and staff here at NLRMS 6th Grade Campus. Today we had breakfast goodies and cereal provided by our PTA. The milk and orange juice was provided by Hiland Dairy. We also got spoiled by Nabholz Construction! They provided a yummy lunch from Taco's 4 Life which was delivered to each of our staff members. Thank you so much to everyone who has donated and poured into our teachers and staff this week!!

Our school is full of students who show that being a great person is just as important as being a great student. Whether they are looking out for others to make sure everyone feels included or staying positive even when things get tough, these kids lead by example every single day. We see so much hard work happening behind the scenes, from those who quietly crush their goals to those who have made incredible turnarounds through pure determination. Between the students who keep us laughing and those who lead with a calm, steady kindness, it’s clear that character is what drives their success. We are so lucky to have such a hardworking, respectful, and genuine group representing our school!
Congratulations on your hard work!

We need your help to make it a success for our kids!
Our PTA will be running the concession stand, and this is one of the ways we raise money to do all the fun things for our students throughout the year. If you love the extras we’re able to provide—this is where it starts! 🙌
The good news?
⏰ Shifts are only ONE HOUR
🙋♀️ Easy, quick, and a great way to jump in and help
We also have something new this year—💧
Central Arkansas Water will be there ALL DAY helping keep our kids hydrated (we love that!!), and we’ve added volunteer spots to help hand out water. It’s a super simple but important role!
👉 If you’ve been looking for a way to help, this is it.
👉 If you want to see more fun things for our kids next year, this is it.
We truly can’t do it without you—many hands make light work, and this is such an easy way to make a big impact 💙

We are taking it back to the 90's for Teacher/Staff Appreciation Week!! Today for food we had a nacho bar and a rolling with my homies afternoon snack cart! Thank you to our PTA for providing the nachos and snacks!! We also drew students at random for them to give a treat to a staff member who matched the description of the card they were given. For prizes today we drew 5 staff members (Mr. Duncan, Mr. Dean, Mr. Guajardo, Mr. Goforth, and Ms. Taylor) for $10 Dark Side Coffee gift cards! Thank you Dark Side Coffee for giving back to our teachers and staff for a week that's all about them.
