Fans and visitors who would like to attend an athletic event in the North Little Rock School District have three ways to purchase tickets:
1. Make payment at this link: spicket.events/nlrsd-wildcats. Tickets can be purchased a week in advance.
2. Pay by phone with a QR code, which will be posted at the point of entry.
3. Pay cash at the ticket booth upon arrival.
Reminder to all NLR fans: High school students must have their student ID to enter the game. Middle school students and younger must be accompanied by an adult. Drop-offs are not permitted.
In order to attend an athletic event in the NLRSD, everyone must purchase tickets online through Ticket Spicket.
Tickets can be purchased on the Ticket Spicket app, which is available on the App Store and Google Play. You can also buy tickets at this link: spicket.events/nlrsd-wildcats

Safety is our top priority in the North Little Rock School District.
Here are our security officers who will be at our middle and high schools this year. Joining them will be school resource officers from the NLR Police Department to protect our students, staff, and guests.

There are a lot of good things happening at the NLRMS 7/8 Grade Campus and we need our community member's and friend's help to make sure we can get it all done. On Wednesday, August 2, 2023, we will have a full day of activities for anyone that would like to help.
Starting at 8:30 am- 3:30 pm the doors will be opened for the following activities.
- 2nd Annual Prayers and Positive Vibes
- Getting your hands dirt by spreading mulch and planting flowers
- Many of our teachers will be new to the NLRMS 7/8-grade campus. To help alleviate some of that stress we are asking our community for their help and as a way to get to know the staff of the NLRMS 7/8 grade campus.

Due to a student database update conducted by the AR Department of Education, there is a delay in returning student registration. A returning student is defined as a student who finished the 2022-2023 school year in the NLRSD. When registration opens, families will receive an email from Arkansas State Department of Education. Snap codes will be included in that email. We will let you know when registration opens.

Summer school at our campuses will resume on Tuesday at the regular times. Central Office sites will also reopen and will be operate the normal summer hours.
Families and employees dealing with extenuating circumstances due to the storm are strongly encouraged to contact their summer building administrator or supervisor.
NLRMS 7th-8th students can pick up their 4th-nine weeks report cards from the NLRMS 7/8 Campus front office starting Monday, June 26th until Thursday June 29th during the following times.

We have been monitoring the temperature for the day of the ceremony. Due to the expected high temperatures, we will be doing the ceremony in the NLRHS auditorium instead of in the high school arena. Because seating is limited in the auditorium, we will have 2 ceremonies to make space for students and their guests. Students will attend the promotion ceremony with their first-period class. Please see the list below to know which ceremony your student will attend. You may check HAC (Home Access Center) to see which teacher your student has 1st period.

Parents, guardians, and caregivers,
Tomorrow our students that met the behavior requirements will have the opportunity to attend CATFEST 2023. Students were notified today if they DID NOT meet the behavioral requirements to attend.
CATFEST SCHEDULE:
The 8th Grade will attend CATFEST from 8:30 - 10:00 am, and the 7th Grade will attend CATFEST from 10:20 - 11:50 am.
PTA will be on campus selling some of those all-time favorite snacks the kids can't do without. (Students will need to bring money to purchase these snacks)
STUDENTS, PLEASE LEAVE YOUR BACKPACKS AT THE HOUSE TOMORROW
It is important that our students are dressed for the warm weather and lots of sunshine. Students will need to dress in appropriate outdoor attire. The NLRMS 7/8 Campus will continue to follow the 2022-2023 Dress Code criteria for all clothing and shoe choices.
As a reminder spaghetti straps halter tops, tube tops, and mid-drift tops are not allowed to be worn during school hours.
Students that didn't meet the behavioral requirements will have the opportunity to work on themselves with several self-reflective activities during CATFEST.
Good Morning Parents and Guardians,
We have a few updates to provide regarding the 8th Grade Promotion Ceremony on May 30th. These updates will help ensure safety and security for the ceremony. All students who are participating in the 8th Grade Promotion Ceremony must ride the bus from school to the ceremony. Parents may not transport students to the ceremony. Additionally, parents will not be permitted to check out students at the arena. All students must ride the bus back to school. Parents can check out students once students return to the 7/8 campus.
Virtual students will be transported by their parents. We will provide details soon about where virtual students are to meet at the arena on the day of the ceremony.
