Junior Josh Hale placed 1st in Congressional Debate out of 28 delegates at the NSDA Arkansas District meet this past weekend. Josh will be representing Arkansas at the National Speech and Debate Tournament - June 17 - 22 in Ft. Lauderdale, FL.
