The NLR Fire Department in collaboration with COE's Med Pro will present a drunk/distracted driving simulation between noon & 2 pm today.
The simulation will include emergency personnel & vehicles--including a helicopter--and will be held in the lot behind Towers A & B.

The Volleyball team will sell pink out shirts this week. The shirts this year are heathered gray soft comfort color T-shirt’s. Long sleeve shirts will be $20 and short sleeve shirts will be $15. You may order your shirt before and after school in the auxiliary gym or during lunch. You may also email Coach Joshua at joshual@nlrsd.org

This weekend the NLRHS Drill Team competed in White Hall High School’s Color Guard Competition against several schools in Jefferson and Pulaski County. One Team who consisted of Alexis Foster, Xavier Jenkins, Cedrick Shepherd and commanded by Takeema Richardson placed 4th in the Co-Ed Division. The other team that consisted of Jurquis Jones, Lezure Perry, Trevor Stewart and commanded by Cedrick Shepherd placed 1st in the All Male Division.

Please help us in congratulating Senior Cadet Major Jhayla Donahue who has enlisted in the Arkansas Army National Guard. Cadet Donahue will be leaving for Army Basic training on 22 May 2019. After completion of Army Basic Training at Fort Jackson she will go to Virginia where she will train as a Quartermaster Chemical Repair soldier.
Upon completion of her training she will be assigned to F Company, 39th Infantry Brigade in Cabot, Arkansas.
With her enlistment comes a bonus and money for college!

Please be on time!!!
Parent meeting on Oct. 4th, @ 6pm on the learning stairs of Tower D.
A physical and consent form must be on file in the Athletic Office to participate in the tryout. No one will be allowed to tryout without proof of having a physical and consent form. This will be the only tryout for the student body.
Athletes currently in season will tryout at a later date.
Practice your 15th Amendment right to VOTE! Students will need their SSN# and current license to register!
