Congratulations to these 12 students for not missing a day for the entire semester (9 weeks)! We are so proud of them. These students received a cup of Andy's Custard Ice Cream, gift certificate to Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers Restaurant, and so much more! They even had special seating for lunch! Thank you parents and families for your involvement in making this happen!

Thank you to the NLR Rotary Club, Dr. Pilewski and the NLRSD staff, NLR Fire Department, NLR Police Department, and other community leaders who came out to our school to present our Kindergarteners with a personalized book of their class. We look forward to this visit every year! We know that these books will give our students another opportunity to cherish and enjoy reading, fostering a lifelong love of learning.

Today our 4th Grade students went to the Ron Coleman Crystal Mining in Hot Springs! Our students used tools to dig to find various size sparkling quartz to experience their own connection to earth. They had a BLAST!! Thank you Mrs. Vasquez for coordinating this field trip for our students! And thank you Mrs. Kelton, Mrs. Smith, Ms. Hornbeck, and Ms. Armstrong for being awesome teachers and chaperones!

Our staff is responding to calls and voicemails as quickly as possible.
