Boone Park is proud to join the NLRSD and the rest of the nation in Red Ribbon Week again this year. We are looking forward to teaching your children about the importance of living a healthy lifestyle, having healthy friendships, and standing up to peer pressure!

Join us in the cafeteria at 5:00 PM for our Title I meeting and important information for 3rd-grade families. Immediately after, at 5:30 PM, we’ll head to the front parking lot for Trunk or Treat fun! Students and families are encouraged to wear costumes if you like.
🚗 Parking: Please park in the Pre-K lot across the street.
🚫 Note: This is not a drop-off event — all students must be accompanied by an adult.
🍬 Candy Donations: We’re accepting candy donations through Friday, October 24th. Please send them with your child to their teacher.

3rd Grade Parents and Families: The ATLAS Interim Test will begin TOMORROW, Tuesday, October 14th for our third grade students.
Be sure to encourage them to do their best, get plenty of sleep, eat breakfast and get to school on time: before 7:40 am!

Boone Park Elementary Flu Clinic:
Our school wide flu clinic for BPE students and staff, through the Arkansas Department of Health, will be offered on Tuesday, October 21st. Your student will be bringing home a flu packet today. If you would like for your child to receive a flu shot at school, please complete this packet in its entirety. There will be a form from the Arkansas Department of Health that will need to be filled out ON THE FRONT AND BACK and signed by the guardian. There will also be a half sheet form from NLRSD that will need to be filled out. BOTH OF THESE FORMS MUST BE COMPLETED AND RETURNED TO THE NURSE BY MONDAY, OCTOBER 20TH AT 8:00 A.M. in order for your child to receive a flu shot on Tuesday, October 21st. Forms cannot be accepted on the day of the clinic.
If you do not want your child to receive a flu shot, then no action is required on your part. Students will only receive a flu shot if both forms are completed and returned. Please contact Nurse Gray if you have any questions. Thank you!
