The Board of Education has approved the appointment of Dr. Brouke Reynolds as the Principal at North Little Rock High School.  Dr. Reynolds currently serves as Coordinator of Innovative Virtual Learning Programs.

Dr. Reynolds will begin this role on July 1.

A proud alumna of the district, Dr. Reynolds has dedicated her entire professional career to the North Little Rock School District. When COVID-19 forced schools to shift to virtual education, she spearheaded the initiative to maintain instructional continuity. As the lead for the NLRSD Virtual Academy, she currently supervises faculty, drives student engagement in digital classrooms, and coordinates the district-wide credit recovery program. 

Dr. Reynolds also serves as the head coach for the NLRHS Swim & Dive Team.

“It is truly an honor to lead the school that I attended.  North Little Rock High School and the North Little Rock School District have afforded me so many great opportunities, and I look forward to giving back to the school and district in this new capacity,” she said. 

She began teaching in the Business Department at North Little Rock High School. She then became the Secondary Technology Facilitator.  

Dr. Reynolds earned an Educational Doctorate in Instructional Curriculum Leadership from the University of Memphis and an Educational Specialist Degree from Harding University. In addition, she earned an MBA and a Master of Science Degree in Building Administration from the University of Central Arkansas. She received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from the University of Arkansas.
