The North Little Rock Board of Education, district leaders, North Little Rock Center of Excellence administrators and staff, and North Little Rock High School administrators and staff, will celebrate the Class of 2025 and their outstanding academic achievements during the Commencement Exercises on May 27, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. The ceremony will be held at the Jack Stephens Center, located on the campus of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
At the graduation ceremony, four distinguished members of the Class of 2025 will be honored with valedictorian and salutatorian recognitions. These students have demonstrated exceptional dedication and academic excellence throughout their high school careers.
North Little Rock Center of ExcellenceTroi McKinnney-Ezeagwula is the highest-ranking senior in the Center of Excellence Class of 2025. The daughter of Tramaine McKinney and Ike Ezeagwula, Troi will be attending Arkansas State University to study exercise science and Spanish. She plans to become a physical therapist or sports medicine physician.
“I am truly grateful for the opportunities, resources, and individuals that have helped me reach this accomplishment,” Troi said.
Piper-Bliss Chudy, the daughter of Scott and Shanna Chudy, is the salutatorian for the Center of Excellence Class of 2025. She will be attending the University of Mississippi (“Ole Miss”) to study elementary education and to minor in theatre arts. As a career, Piper-Bliss plans to become a kindergarten teacher at a public school in Mississippi.
“It is not easy to balance a hard course load, extracurriculars, and leadership roles,” she said. “I credit all my success not to my own merit, but to my decision to put my faith in Jesus Christ, and the abundance of grace He’s continued to give me.”
North Little Rock High SchoolThe senior with the highest grade point average in the NLRHS Class of 2025 is Jonah Pullliam. The son of Brandon and Britni Pulliam, Jonah will be attending Columbia University to study mathematics and engineering.
Jonah earned a perfect score on the P-SAT and the ACT and is a National Merit Finalist.
“Winning the title of valedictorian was one of two lofty goals I aspired to attain in high school. I am proud to have accomplished both, and I would like to extend my gratitude to all who have assisted me in my endeavors,” Jonah said.Kylie Sartain, the daughter of Amber and Nick Sartain, is salutatorian of the NLRHS Class of 2025. She will attend the University of Central Arkansas to study kinesiology with hopes of becoming a physician assistant.
“It is an honor to be salutatorian of my class at North Little Rock, and I’m extremely grateful for all the opportunities that North Little Rock has given me and provided me with to get me to this point,” Kylie said.
District and school leaders will also recognize Honor Graduates, who have successfully completed the minimum core of courses recommended for college as defined by the State Board of Higher Education and the State Board of Education and have a cumulative grade point average of 3.5.
