
The North Little Rock School District continues to monitor the impact of COVID-19 in our schools. This is a reminder from our earlier communication that the Seventh & Eighth Grade Campus will continue remote instruction for Thursday, January 6, 2022, and Friday, January 7, 2022. All other campuses will be operating as normal with in-person instruction at this time. As always, the safety of our students and staff is our top priority. The NLRSD will provide information should there be any changes to school operations.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR Parents and Players participating in tonight's games:
NLRMS Basketball Players playing in tonight's games will have to be dropped off at NLRHS-Auxiliary Gym at 3:00pm Coach Ries will greet all the players at the Auxiliary Gym doors.
Parents will not be allowed to enter the school or gym area until the gates open at 4:00 pm and a ticket is purchased. Please read the following message from the NLRSD Athletic Director, Gary Davis.

NLRHS dismisses school at 3:55 pm. The area around our high school will be congested until approximately 4:10 pm.
Teams should arrive by 3:45. Buses should enter our parking lot from Orange Street on Pershing Blvd.
Fans should arrive after 4:10 pm.
Gates will open at 4:00 p.m. Ticket prices are $4.00 at the gate. Cash only
Face masks are required for everyone not actively participating, or while eating or drinking.

Beginning the week of January 10, 2022, students at the Seventh & Eighth Grade Campus will be able to participate in After-School Tutoring. Tutoring will be offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Also, please make plans to attend our "Calling All Dads and Male Role Models" session on Sunday, which will feature the founders of "Dads on Duty" from Shreveport, La. They first appeared on CBS Evening News. Come and hear how they have made a positive impact in schools.

Students enrolled at The Farm at NLRMS brought their animals to tonight's school board meeting. The students and their teacher discussed how The Farm has not only allowed them to learn about animals but also has developed them to be civic-minded leaders.
