Dr. LeAnn Stoll

Dr. LeAnn Stoll, a veteran educator who joined the district more than thirty years ago as a special education teacher, has been appointed as the Assistant Superintendent of Network Support Services. This executive leadership role, approved by the North Little Rock Board of Education, was established to enhance support for students and families and to strengthen academic performance throughout the district.

In this reorganized post, Dr. Stoll will provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to the leaders and functions of the following departments: Reading and Literacy, Mathematics, Science and Environmental Literacy, ESOL and World Languages, Innovative Virtual Learning and Data, School Innovation, Network Wraparound Services, Student-Centered Support Services, Special Education, Dyslexia, and Gifted and Talented Education.

Prior to this appointment, Dr. Stoll served as the Executive Director of Special Services, where she ensured the district’s compliance with federal and state regulations while promoting inclusive practices and equitable access to high-quality education for students with disabilities. Dr. Stoll has worn many hats while in the NLRSD. She has been secondary coordinator for special education, vision program coordinator, and a special education teacher. Last year, she served as the acting Executive Director of Secondary School Performance and Executive Director of Student-Centered Support Services.

“My track record shows that I am committed to the North Little Rock School District,” said Dr. Stoll. “I am passionate about this district, students, staff, and community, and I will do what is best to serve every scholar in our care.”

Dr. Stoll’s educational background includes a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership in Administration and a Master of Education in Special Education, both from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Education in Business Education from the University of Central Arkansas.
