GUIDELINES TO DISTRIBUTE FLYERS AND OTHER PRINTED MATERIALS

The North Little Rock School District is proud to be a part of this community!  As a result, we are happy to share information with our families and staff.  We will consider requests to disseminate flyers and other printed materials from the following groups and organizations:

  •  Parent-teacher organizations, academic and extracurricular activities, and nonprofit organizations that support the district and its schools.

  •  Municipal and county government within the borders of the North Little Rock School District, the North Little Rock Chamber of Commerce, Greater Little Rock Chamber of Commerce.

  •  Organizations that provide academic and social support for our students, which include programs, events, contests, and other activities that are not sponsored by the North Little Rock School District but are aligned with the district’s mission.

  •  District-sponsored materials.

 Please read and follow the following instructions: 

  1. Send the flyer or printed information you would like distributed to the Communications Coordinator at least two weeks before it should be distributed.

  2. Materials to target the students/families of elementary students must be printed by the organization and bundled in groups of 25.  The materials can be printed and brought to Central Office.  The Communications Coordinator will provide head counts for each elementary school if the material is approved.

  3. Materials to target the students/families of secondary students (middle and high school) should not be printed as these students do not typically take flyers and other printed materials home. 

  4.   Flyers and materials must contain the North Little Rock School District Disclaimer Statement as written below:

Disclaimer Statement:  This information is being distributed as a community service.  The North Little Rock School District is not a sponsoring organization for this activity. 

5. Exceptions will only be allowed with the approval of the Superintendent.
