The North Little Rock School District has partnered with Natural State Laboratories to provide COVID-19 vaccines to students and staff.
Any athlete or employee that would like to receive the COVID-19 vaccine will need to sign up and complete a consent form. Consent forms are required from parents/guardians of students ages 12-18. Forms must be printed out, signed and in hand for a student or staff member to receive a vaccination. Click here to get the consent form.
