The 2019-20 Parent-Student Handbook is now available at the link below. There have been updates made to it since last school year. Please read the handbook and become familiar with our policies, including expectations when it comes to conduct.

Student uniform policy now allows black bottoms in addition to navy and khaki. No other changes were made. Open house is August 8. School begins Aug. 13!
Yearbooks are in! They may be picked up Wed. from 9-noon and Thurs. & Fri. from 9-11 in the school office.

Please help LWE with our used uniform sale. Students brought home flyers today with information. This is a great way to recycle uniforms and help our children!

Lakewood Elementary's Kindergarten Classes held their annual Fairy Tale Ball. The ball is a celebration of their study of fairy tales. The students dressed as their favorite fairy tale character, danced, played games, and ate food fit for royalty. What a fun time!
World’s Finest Fundraiser money is due back to PTA by Monday, April, 22, 2019! Thank you, students and parents for working so hard to help LAKEWOOD!!! Great job!
The district is aware of flooding in a number of areas. We ask that you use extreme caution as safety is top priority. Our transportation department is making sure students get to school safely, although there will be some delays. Tardies will be excused today as a result of the flooding. Thank you for understanding.
Lakewood Elementary's Kindergarten students performed "Bugz" the Musical for the student body and families at the "Blooming Artist" Fine Arts Night. This is just one part of the great fine arts week that took place at the school. What a fun time they had!
