Students from the North Little Rock Center of Excellence competed at the 2022 Arkansas HOSA (Health Occupations Students of America) State Leadership Competition during the week of March 6-8 in Hot Springs.  Eighteen out of 21 students medaled!

Angela Nguyen:   1st place, Medical Terminology (out of 70)
Chris Orr:  2nd place, Pharmacology
Breanna Snyder:  3rd place, Pharmacology

The COE swept the Home Health competition!
Jenifer Roblero-Perez:  1st place, Home Health Aide
Aylin Arias:  2nd place, Home Health Aide
Alajandra Romerez:  3rd place, Home Health Aide

Dasha Young:  2nd place, Biomedical Science
Chloe Robinson & Daisha Robinson:  2nd place, CERT (Community Emergency Response Team)

HOSA Bowl Team earned a 2nd place finish.  The team consisted of the following:  Andrew Piper, Ainsley Albright, Braedon Dickey, and Ashley Ramos.

A team of our students won 3rd place in the PSA (Public Service Announcement) Division.  The team consisted of the following student: Julia Roberts, Malaysia Sims, Janiyah Pettis, Michelle Castrillo, and Lalany Ponce.
