Robert Ginder

Robert Ginder, a seasoned leader with decades of experience in child nutrition, food safety, and delivering healthy meal options for students, will join the North Little Rock School District as the Administrative Director of Food Service. In this role, he will oversee the district’s nutrition program and provide supervision, coaching, hiring, and evaluation of food service managers and staff across all campuses.

Ginder has worked with school districts through Aramark to provide meals to students and staff. Most recently, he served as the district manager for Aramark K-12 Education, supporting school districts in Arkansas, Tennessee, and Georgia. Ginder has also managed food programs for Bentonville Public Schools and Greater Clark County Schools in Jeffersonville, Indiana. Prior to serving in districts, Ginder worked in the Child Nutrition Unit at the Arkansas Department of Education. There, he collaborated with districts to meet National School Lunch Program requirements.

The North Little Rock School District will continue to participate in the Community Eligibility Provision, a federal program under the National School Lunch Program that allows all eligible public schools and districts to provide free breakfast and lunch to all students, regardless of income.

“My goal is to ensure that every student has access to nutritious, high-quality meals, knowing that proper nutrition directly impacts their health, learning, and overall success,” Ginder said.

Ginder earned a Bachelor of Arts in Finance with a minor in Mathematics.
