NEW INFORMATION REGARDING VIRTUAL FRIDAY'S:
Parents and Guardians - We have made a few tweaks to our Virtual Friday procedures. The adjustments are detailed below.
Teachers will be available to meet with any of their students from 8:10-10:00 am at the following times via Zoom Link that will be sent out through the student's Google Classroom.
Meet with your school counselor:
NLRMS 7th and 8th-grade guidance counselors will be available from 10:00-11:00 am, your student's school (guidance) counselor will be available to chat, answer questions, etc. Each counselor will send a meeting link through email to their specific group of students. Of course, if your student would like to meet with their counselor one-on-one, please encourage them to send an email request to Mr. Leverette, leverettea@nlrsd.org, for 7th grade or Ms. Williams, williamsam@nlrsd.org, for 8th grade to schedule a time for a Google Meet.
One-on-One Teacher meetings:
Students that would like to meet one-on-one with their teachers will need to email their teachers directly so a separate link can be sent out to those students.
One-on-one meeting times will be scheduled from1:00-3:30 pm during Virtual Friday's.
It's highly encouraged that any student that is having trouble in any of their classes that those students utilize this time to meet with their teachers. This is a dedicated time for your student to touch base with their teachers for support as needed.
Attendance:
Virtual Friday attendance will proceed as normal. To be counted as present on Friday, students must complete and submit their google form before 12:00 pm on Friday.

1:00-3:00 -Independent Work/Submit Assignments/Teacher Office Hours as Needed/Mentoring as Needed/ One-on-one private meetings with teachers.
