School Flu Clinics are planned in every school in the North Little Rock School District this year.  Below is the schedule that the North Little Rock Health Department will be at each school to administer vaccines.  These flu clinics will be offered to students and faculty at each school.  Consent forms will be sent home with students prior to each clinic.  Vaccines will only be administered to students with properly completed signed consent forms.  Parents are not required to be present.  NLRSD staff members are required to bring their insurance cards or fill in Insurance ID numbers on consent forms.

Virtual students are welcomed at the times the clinics will take place at their respective schools.
