NLR is Titletown!

Dear Friends:

NORTH LITTLE ROCK IS TITLETOWN!!  Last fall, we celebrated a football championship and now we get to add, not one, but two basketball championships!!  This year marks the first time that a high school program has earned state championships in all three sports!  The basketball championship in Hot Springs was a great day for NLRHS! The stands were filled with NLR fans and our teams represented us well on the court. And they both brought home the championships!

For our past champions, we have been able to purchase championship rings for our players and coaching staff.  We hope that tradition will continue.  We encourage the entire NLR community to once again join us in the presentation of the championship rings to the 2018 champs.  This outstanding group of athletes represented our school and community well both on and off the court.  They are very deserving of the recognition that comes with a state championship ring.

The fundraising will once again be spearheaded by The Wildcat Foundation, a 501 c(3) organization of alumni and community volunteers established in 2004 to support all students and staff of NLRHS.  Contributions of any amount will help in our overall fundraising effort.  However, if you would like to sponsor a ring for a particular player or coach (est. cost : $225), please designate on your contribution.

To make a tax deductible contribution to the championship ring fund:

  • *Send a check to The Wildcat Foundation P.O. Box 94926  NLR  72190
  • *Go to The Foundation’s website (thewildcatfoundation.com) and make a credit card contribution.  Go to the DONATE tab.  Indicate that the contribution if for championship rings.

Thanks for your support of NLRHS Charging Wildcat basketball.  Once the rings arrive, we hope that you will join us for the ring presentation ceremony. Please call us if you have any questions. Go Charging Wildcats!!

Sincerely,                                                  Sincerely,                                                  Sincerely,
