Hello Virtual Families!
We know there is a great deal of work you are doing to get your children logged in and online with their teachers and classmates.
Here are a few things to know:
All lessons, activities and class meetings are done in Google Classroom. You will log into this with student e-mail and password.
Once in Google Classroom, you will use the code given by your teacher to get into her/his room. Once in the room, you will see your lessons and get your activities/work.
A Google Meet link will be in each class. K-1 has a link embedded in their class. 2-5 has this in the banner at the top of their classroom. Google Meet is an interactive time to talk to teacher and classmates. (Similar to Zoom)
If you are having issues with log-ins or codes, contact your child’s virtual teacher by e-mail. This is the most efficient way to reach her/him.
Teachers are working very hard to make virtual learning an interactive time of teaching. We appreciate your hard work and patience! Just as in face-to-face school, the first week is about learning procedures and routines.
